Order settings control everything about how customers receive their orders. Before you start taking orders, you need to configure at least one fulfillment method — delivery, pickup, or both.

What you can configure

Fulfillment Settings is one hub screen with cards linking to each area, plus a Service Areas section built right into the same page:
  • Delivery Settings — Enable delivery, set your hours, and (if you use your own drivers) fees, radius, and zones.
  • Pickup Settings — Enable in-store or curbside pickup and set your pickup location(s).
  • Driver Fleet — Only shown once you’ve turned on Use Own Delivery Fleet on the Delivery page. See the note on that page about where this currently works.
  • Service Areas — Not a separate page — it’s a section at the bottom of this same Fulfillment Settings screen. Pick which of six Vancouver Island regions your restaurant appears in.
Complete these steps in order to avoid missing orders or misconfigured fees.
  1. Go to Fulfillment Settings → Delivery Settings
  2. Toggle delivery on. If you’re using your own drivers, also turn on Use Own Delivery Fleet — this is what unlocks the fee, radius, and zone fields (see Delivery for why that gate exists)
  3. Go to Pickup Settings and toggle pickup on if you offer it
  4. If you use your own drivers, generate a registration code from the Delivery page and set up your fleet
  5. Scroll to Service Areas at the bottom of the Fulfillment Settings screen and confirm your regions are selected
If delivery is on but “Use Own Delivery Fleet” is off, your delivery fee/minimum order/radius fields won’t appear on this screen at all — that combination is currently only configurable elsewhere. See Delivery for what to expect.

Finding fulfillment settings

From the dashboard, select Fulfillment Settings in the left navigation. On mobile, tap the menu icon at the top left to open the drawer, then select Fulfillment Settings.
Changes to delivery settings take effect immediately after you tap Save Settings. If you’re mid-service, make changes between rushes to avoid confusion.
