This is a separate tool from the plain “QR Menu” link on your regular Menu Management page. That one just shares your existing live menu URL — this one lets you design a fully branded, presentation-quality version with your own layout, colors, and fonts, exported as a PDF or shared as a public link and QR code. Restaurants see this called Menu Creator; agrifood/store vendors see it called Price List Creator — same tool, same tabs, different label throughout.
The value proposition, in the app’s own words: “Your menu, always up to date — no reprinting, ever. Customers scan a QR or tap a link to see your menu; edit a price or sold-out item and it updates everywhere instantly. They tap any dish to order on Local Pass.”

Three layouts to start from:

Brand

Upload a logo, set your Business Name and an optional Tagline, and toggle Show prices, Show descriptions, and Show item photos independently.

Colors

Six preset palettes, each pairing a primary/secondary/accent color with a matching background and text color — pick one rather than choosing colors individually: Midnight Noir (dramatic), Forest Garden (organic/fresh), Warm Terracotta (rustic), Nordic Slate (clean/Scandinavian), Kyoto Cherry (delicate), Golden Classic (timeless/warm). You also get six font pairings (heading + body font), each with its own preview: Classic Elegance, Romantic Serif, Literary, Bold Impact, Friendly Modern, and Pure Minimal.

Content

Your menu/products, organized into sections — drag to reorder, toggle any item’s visibility without deleting it.

Publish

Same publishing model as the Order Sheet Creator: a Public toggle (blocked until you’ve set a Business Name), a public URL at localpass.ca/{your-store}/menu with copy/open/QR-download buttons, and optional Availability windows to restrict when it’s live to specific days and times (America/Vancouver).

Preview and export

Toggle between Desktop and Mobile preview at the top of the page to see how it looks on each. Export PDF generates a printable version of your current design — useful for printing physical menus or price sheets.

Saving

There’s no autosave. The header shows ”• Unsaved changes” next to your business name whenever you have edits pending — tap Save to commit them.
