Awards
Where to find it: Settings → Awards Displaying awards on your store profile helps customers see that your business is recognised for quality. Whether it’s a local “Best Of” award, a food festival ribbon, or an industry recognition, every achievement is worth sharing.Adding an award
- Enter the award name in the first field (e.g., “Best Local Restaurant 2024”, “Farmers Market People’s Choice”)
- Enter the year the award was received in the second field (e.g., “2024”)
- Tap Add
- A confirmation message will appear when the award is saved
The award name field is required. The year field is optional but recommended — it adds context and credibility.
Viewing your awards
All saved awards are listed below the form. Each award displays:- A medal icon to indicate it’s an award
- The award name in bold
- The year shown in a green badge
Removing an award
Tap the delete icon (trash bin) next to any award to remove it. A confirmation dialog will appear before it is permanently deleted.Tips
- Be specific with award names — “Booking.com Best Restaurant in Victoria” is more compelling than just “Best Restaurant”
- If you’ve won the same award multiple times, add a separate entry for each year
- Awards are displayed publicly on your store profile page
