Go to Fulfillment Settings → Delivery Settings to configure everything related to how orders reach your customers.

Enable or disable delivery

At the top of the page you’ll see a toggle labeled Offering Delivery. Turn it on to activate delivery. Turning it off hides delivery from customers immediately — useful if you run out of drivers or close early.

Use Own Delivery Fleet

Right below it is Use Own Delivery Fleet, described in-app as: “By enabling this, local dispatch networks will not process your deliveries.”
This toggle does more than route your deliveries — it’s also what unlocks your fee and zone settings. With it off, Local Pass’s own dispatch network handles your deliveries and this page shows only the on/off toggle and your delivery hours — there’s no fee, minimum order, radius, or zone configuration here at all while it’s off. Turn it on to reveal Driver Fleet and Standard Delivery Rules (fees, radius, zones) below.

Driver Fleet

Appears once Use Own Delivery Fleet is on: generate an invite code or manage your restaurant’s own drivers. See Driver Fleet — and note the app-only caveat on that page, since the web link here currently doesn’t open.

Standard Delivery Rules

Also appears only with Use Own Delivery Fleet on. These are your baseline delivery rules — calculated using Mapbox’s dynamic drive-time routing — and apply whenever a custom zone (below) doesn’t match.
If you leave the delivery fee at $0.00, customers will not be charged for delivery. Set this intentionally.

Custom Delivery Zones

Toggle Custom Delivery Zones on to override the standard rules above for specific drive-time radii — for example, a lower fee close by and a higher fee further out.
  1. Toggle it on, then tap Add Custom Zone
  2. Give the zone a name, set a Delivery Fee, a Min Order, and a Drive Time Range (same 5–60 minute slider)
  3. Tap Save Zone
  4. Repeat for each tier you want (e.g. 0–15 min, 15–30 min)
See Delivery zones for more on how drive-time zones are calculated, including why the map only shows on mobile.

Delivery hours

By default, delivery is available during your normal business hours — this section is visible whenever delivery is on, regardless of the Own Delivery Fleet toggle. Turn off Deliver during normal business hours to set a separate weekly schedule for delivery specifically, with its own open/close times per day.
If a day is marked as closed in your delivery hours, customers will not see delivery as an option that day, even if your restaurant is open for pickup.

Saving changes

Tap Save Settings at the top of the page. Changes to fees and hours take effect immediately after saving.
