Your default address is used by Local Pass as your home location for deliveries. You can update it at any time from your Settings or Personal Information page.

How to Open the Address Update Panel

There are two ways to reach the address update screen: From Settings:
  1. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under the Favourite Locations section, tap Home.
From Personal Information:
  1. Tap Profile → Settings → Personal details.
  2. Scroll down and tap Update Default Address.

Step 1 — Select Your Province

The first step is to choose the province you are in.
  1. Tap the Select your province… dropdown.
  2. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find your province.
  3. Available provinces include: AB, BC, ON, QC, MB, SK, NS, NB, NL, PE, NT, NU, and YT.
  4. Tap your province to select it.

Step 2 — Select Your City

Once a province is chosen, a second dropdown will appear for your city.
  1. Tap the Select your city… dropdown.
  2. The list is filtered to cities available in your selected province.
  3. Use the search bar or scroll to find your city.
  4. Tap your city to select it.
The city dropdown only appears after you have selected a province. If you do not see it, make sure you have completed Step 1 first.

Step 3 — Tap Next

Once you have selected both a province and a city, the Next button will become active. Tap Next to proceed to the address entry step.
The Next button stays grey and cannot be tapped until a city is selected. Selecting only a province is not enough.

Step 4 — Enter Your Street Address

On the second screen, you will see a text field with a location pin icon.
  1. Tap the address field.
  2. Start typing your street address (for example, 123 Main Street).
  3. As you type, suggested addresses will appear below the field.
  4. Tap the correct address from the suggestions.
The suggestion list shows:
  • Address name (bold text at the top)
  • Full address (shown in smaller text below)
  • Distance from your current location (shown on the right in km)
The suggestions are ranked by proximity to your current location, so your address should appear near the top of the list if you are nearby.

Step 5 — Confirm and Save

After selecting an address from the suggestions:
  1. The address field will clear and a green snackbar at the bottom will confirm “Location saved”.
  2. Tap Update Address to apply the change to your account.
  3. A confirmation dialog will appear: “Address is updated — You have updated the address.”
  4. Tap OK to close the dialog.
The panel will close automatically and your new default address will be saved.

Viewing Your Current Address

Your current default address is shown on the second screen of this flow, just below the page title. It appears in the format saved to your account, for example:
123 Main Street, Victoria, BC, Canada
If no address has been set yet, it will show: No default address is set.
