When you create a Local Pass account, you agree to the Local Pass Terms of Service. This page gives you an easy-to-read summary of the key points. The full legal document is available to read in the app and on the Local Pass website.

Viewing the Full Terms

To read the full Terms of Service from within the app:
  1. During account creation, the Terms & Conditions screen will appear automatically. Scroll through the full document before accepting.
  2. At any time, go to Settings → Terms of service to open the full document in your browser.

Accepting or Declining

During account creation, you will be shown the full Terms & Conditions document. You must choose one of the following:
  • Accept — You agree to the Terms and can proceed to use Local Pass.
  • Decline — You do not agree to the Terms. The dialog will close and you will not be able to use the platform until you accept.
You cannot use Local Pass without accepting the Terms of Service.

Changes to the Terms

Local Pass may update the Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of the document indicates when it was last updated. Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
