What the Ratings Mean
Restaurants are rated across four categories:
The overall star rating shown on restaurant cards and in the feed is an average across all reviews received. It updates automatically as new reviews come in.
Liking a Review
If a review is helpful, tap the heart icon below it to like it. The like count appears next to the icon. Liking a review helps other customers find the most useful feedback. You can like any review, but you can only like each review once.Merchant Responses
Restaurant owners can reply to customer reviews. When they do, the response appears directly below the customer’s comment with the label “Merchant response” and the date it was posted. This is a sign of an engaged restaurant that takes customer feedback seriously.Leaving Your Own Review

Tips for Writing a Helpful Review
- Be specific — mention particular dishes, what you liked, or what could be improved
- Be fair — consider that a single off day doesn’t always reflect the restaurant’s usual quality
- Add a photo — images help other customers know what to expect
- Keep it relevant — focus on the food, service, and experience rather than factors outside the restaurant’s control (like delivery time if you ordered through a third-party)
