Every restaurant on Local Pass has a profile page with detailed information beyond just the menu. You can get to a restaurant’s profile from the feed, from search results, or from the menu page. The profile is split into several sections:

Basic Info and Rating

At the top of the profile you’ll see the restaurant’s name, address, and a quick summary row showing:
  • Star rating — the average score from all customer reviews
  • Estimated delivery time — how long a typical order takes
  • Today’s hours — the current operating hours for the day

Active Promotions

If the restaurant is currently running a promotion, a yellow banner appears on their cover photo. Tap it to see a full list of all active offers from that restaurant, including buy-one-get-one deals, percentage discounts, and flat-dollar savings.
The gallery section shows photos uploaded by the restaurant — food shots, interior photos, and more. Swipe through to get a feel for the place before ordering. Tap any image to view it full-size.
If the restaurant is open and accepting orders, a Featured Menu section shows up to four of their highlighted dishes. Tap any dish card to open the full item detail where you can add it to your cart.

Reviews

The reviews section gives you a breakdown of what customers think. You’ll see:
  • Overall star rating with total review count
  • Category scores — separate ratings for Food, Atmosphere, Service, and Value for Money
  • Recent review cards — scrollable cards showing comments from recent customers, including any response from the restaurant owner
Tap the arrow icon next to the rating to open the full reviews list with up to 100 recent reviews. Each review shows the customer’s name, date, star rating, written comment, and any photo they attached. You can like a review by tapping the heart icon — this helps surface the most helpful reviews. If the restaurant owner has replied to a review, their response appears directly below the customer’s comment.

Leaving a Review

If you’re logged in, a Rate and review section appears on the profile. Tap the stars to open the review form where you can rate your experience across multiple categories and leave a written comment.
You need to be logged in to leave a review. If you don’t have an account yet, tap Create Account when prompted.

About the Restaurant

The About place section contains the restaurant’s own description — their story, specialties, and what makes them unique.

Awards and Certifications

If the restaurant has received any awards or holds food safety certifications, these are displayed as cards in this section.

Contact and Location

The Contact section shows:
  • An interactive map with the restaurant’s location pinned
  • Full address — long-press to copy it to your clipboard
  • Email address
  • Social media links (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WeChat, and website)
To call the restaurant directly (for reservations or questions), tap the phone icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the profile.

Saving to Favourites

Tap the heart icon near the top of the profile to save a restaurant to your favourites. Tap it again to remove it. Favourited restaurants are easier to find next time you’re ordering.

Sharing a Restaurant

Tap the share icon to share the restaurant’s profile link with friends via any app on your phone.
