Once you accept a delivery, the Navigation screen opens. This is your main screen for the entire delivery — from pickup to drop-off.

At the top of the navigation screen, four icons show where you are in the delivery. The active stage is highlighted in orange/yellow:

Stage-by-Stage Instructions

The large button at the bottom of the screen changes at each stage. Here’s exactly what to do.

Stage 1 — Getting to the Restaurant

Active button: ARRIVED AT PICKUP
  • Drive to the pickup address shown on the map.
  • When you physically arrive at the restaurant, tap ARRIVED AT PICKUP.
  • If the order is still being prepared, you’ll see a red banner: “Order is still being prepared.” Wait until it’s ready.
  • A green “pickup ready” badge appears on the restaurant icon once the food is ready to collect.

Stage 2 — Collecting the Order

Active button: GO TO DROP-OFF
  • Show the Order ID (visible in the order info panel) to restaurant staff when collecting.
  • Pick up the order and confirm everything is there.
  • Tap GO TO DROP-OFF to confirm pickup and begin navigating to the customer.
  • The customer automatically receives a notification that you’re on your way.

Stage 3 — Getting to the Customer

Active button: ARRIVED AT DROP-OFF
  • Drive to the customer’s address.
  • When you arrive, tap ARRIVED AT DROP-OFF.
  • The customer receives a notification that you’re there.
  • You may be prompted to upload delivery proof — see Completing a Delivery for details.

Stage 4 — Handing Off the Order

Active button: COMPLETE ORDER
  • Tap COMPLETE ORDER to open the completion screen.
  • The app checks your GPS location — you must be at or near the customer’s address for the DONE button to activate.

Side Action Buttons

On the left side of the navigation screen, you’ll find quick-action buttons available throughout the delivery:

Running Late

If you’re past the estimated pickup or delivery time, a red “late” badge appears next to the countdown timer. This is visible on your screen only — keep moving and complete the delivery as quickly and safely as possible.
