# Order details

> How to access full order information, addresses, delivery notes, and your payout during an active delivery.

The **Order Info** panel gives you a complete view of everything you need for the current delivery — addresses, customer name, delivery notes, and your payout.

## How to Open It

Tap the 👤 **Info** button on the left side of the navigation screen.

## What's Inside

### Order Status

At the top of the panel, you'll see the four-step progress tracker and the current status label (e.g., *"En route to drop-off"*). A countdown timer shows the estimated time remaining for the current phase.

### Order ID

A dark pill at the top shows the **Order ID** (e.g., *"Order ID: LP-1234"*). Show this to restaurant staff when collecting the order — they use it to match the order to you.

### Pickup Location

* **Restaurant Name** — displayed prominently
* **Street Address** — the restaurant's address

**Long-press** the pickup address section to copy the full address to your clipboard. A green **"Copied"** label confirms it worked.

### Customer

* **Customer's First Name** — shown so you can address them by name

### Drop-off Address

* **Customer's Name or Address Label**
* **Street Address** — where you're delivering to

**Tap** the drop-off address section to copy it to your clipboard.

### Delivery Instructions

If the customer left special delivery notes (e.g., *"Buzz apartment 4B"* or *"Leave at the side door"*), they appear here in a highlighted box. Always read this section before attempting delivery.

### Ready for Pickup Message

When the restaurant marks the order as ready, a special message appears at the top of the panel:

> *"Hi \[Your Name], the order is ready for pickup. Please show the order number \[Order ID] at the counter. Thank you!"*

### Your Payout

At the bottom of the panel:

| Field            | Description                      |
| :--------------- | :------------------------------- |
| **Delivery Fee** | Your base pay for this delivery  |
| **Tips**         | The customer tip (you keep 100%) |
