You can visit a vendor's store to see everything they sell, learn about who they are, and find their contact details. *** ## Finding a Vendor's Store There are several ways to get to a vendor's store: ### From the market home page The **Featured Vendors** section shows circular vendor logos in a horizontal scroll. Tap any vendor logo to open their store profile. ### From a product page When viewing a product, scroll down to the **About the Seller** section. You'll see two buttons: * **All Products** — takes you directly to the vendor's full product list * **Visit Store** — takes you to the vendor's profile page ### From search results Product cards throughout the market show the vendor name below the product name (e.g. *From Green Valley Farm*). Tapping the product takes you to the product page, where you can then navigate to the store. *** ## The Vendor Store Profile The store profile gives you a complete picture of who you're buying from. Here's what you'll find: ### Header image and basic info At the top you'll see the vendor's main banner photo. Below it: * **Store name** and address * **Business type** (e.g. Farm, Bakery, Butchery) * **Star rating** with review count * **Today's hours** — whether they're currently open ### Favourite and Share On the banner image you'll find two small icons: * **♡ Heart icon**: Tap to save this vendor to your favourites * **Share icon**: Tap to copy a link to this store to share with friends ### Featured Products A horizontal scroll of products the vendor has highlighted as their best or most popular. Tap any product to open its detail page. ### Active Promotions If the vendor is running a current deal or promotion, it will appear here as a green banner. Tap it to see the full list of promotions they're offering. ### Entire Catalogue button Tap **Entire Catalog** to go to the full scrollable product list for this vendor. ### Delivery Information If the vendor offers delivery, you'll see details like: * Minimum order amount (e.g. *Minimum order: \$30*) * Free delivery threshold (e.g. *Free delivery from \$75*) * Any delivery notes or instructions the vendor has added ### Gallery A visual gallery of photos the vendor has uploaded — products, farm images, production process, etc. ### Reviews Ratings and written reviews from previous customers, with sub-scores for food quality, atmosphere, service, and value for money. Tap the arrow button to see all reviews. You can also **leave your own review** by tapping the star rating row at the bottom of the reviews section. ### About the Place The vendor's own description — their story, values, sourcing practices, etc. ### Awards & Certifications Any awards the vendor has received and certifications they hold (e.g. organic certification, local business award). ### Contact & Map A map showing the vendor's location, their email address, and links to their social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website). *** ## The Full Product List (Catalogue) Tapping **Entire Catalog** takes you to a scrollable product list for that vendor. This view organizes products by **subcategory**, with a tab bar at the top that lets you jump between sections. ### Category tabs The horizontal tab bar at the top shows all subcategories that vendor has products in. Tap any tab to jump directly to that section. The tab bar sticks to the top of the screen as you scroll, so it's always accessible. ### Filter chips At the top of the product list, the same filter bar used everywhere in the Local Market lets you narrow down the vendor's products — see [Product filters](/product-filters) for the full breakdown of Price, Dietary, Allergies, Top Rated, Soon To Go, and Deals. ### Product grid Products are shown in a 3-column grid. Each card shows: * Product photo with sale badge (if applicable) and rating badge * Price (sale price if active, with original price crossed out) * Product name * Quantity/unit (e.g. *500g / kg*) * Vendor name * An **Add** button that takes you to the product page *** ## Tipping the Vendor (Reporting) At the bottom of the vendor profile you'll find a **Report this vendor** link. This sends a report to Local Pass if you believe the vendor listing contains inaccurate or inappropriate content. *** ## Next Steps How the cart works when shopping from one or more vendors Find products across all vendors
